About Us
Welcome to the South Valley Guitar Orchestra! We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit public charity organization dedicated to enriching the cultural life of Salt Lake County through classical guitar public educational events and performances.
Our community guitar orchestra open to all ages and experience levels, united by a shared passion for music. We rehearse weekly as a guitar orchestra under the direction of Musical Director Sergio Frias to practice and learn guitar ensemble music.
Our mission is to create an inspiring space where individuals can learn, collaborate, and grow through the guitar. As we build a vibrant presence in the Salt Lake City music community, we aim to inspire connection, creativity, and artistic excellence.
